Grandview, MO– October 9, 2018 –– Kelly Construction is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Grandview, MO. The 20,000 sq. ft. office building and warehouse was completed in six (6) months. The new office space provides capacity for all office personnel as well as a warehouse and construction yard for field staff. Currently Kelly is occupying 8,500 sq. ft. of office and 4,000 sq. ft. of warehouse. The building, designed to accommodate growth also includes 7.500 sq. ft. designated for potential tenant space.

On Friday October 5th, the City of Grandview and the Grandview Chamber of Commerce held the official ribbon cutting for the new Kelly Construction office. On Wednesday 10th, Kelly is hosting a social event to celebrate the new office with their employees, clients and industry partners.

Overland Park, KS – March 6, 2018 – Kelly Construction Group, Inc. announced today the groundbreaking ceremony on March 9th at 3:30 pm for their new corporate office located in the SouthPointe Business Park, at 4021 E. 153rd St, Grandview, MO 64030.

The 20,000 sq. ft. building will provide ample space for the current Kelly team and room for growth. It will also include a unique multi-purpose indoor-outdoor space to be used for collaborative meetings and an area for employee and client entertainment.

Adam Storr has earned the designation of Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).Overland Park, KS – December 12, 2017 – Kelly Construction Group, Inc. is proud to announce Adam Storr has earned the designation of Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC). The CHC is a national credential from American Hospital Association (AHA) that distinguishes an individual as being among the elite in the healthcare construction profession. Storr is among only 17 healthcare professionals in the Kansas City metro to currently have the designation.

Storr, Project Manager, has over 10 years of construction management experience. He is responsible for the overall coordination, management and administrative functions from the development of projects through project completion. He has a tremendous reputation with architectural and subcontractor partners, which allow him to successfully execute healthcare projects. In addition to the CHC, Storr has completed ICRA, AHSE and CPR Training.

To earn the CHC, an individual must satisfy eligibility requirement that incorporate a blend of professional experience and education, agree to adhere to the AHA Professional Standards of Conduct, and pass the CHC Certification Examination

Kelly Construction Group Business Development Director, Moira Holland, has been named Secretary of the Olathe Public Schools Foundation (OPSF). Moira has served on the Board of Directors for one year, and is active in the Olathe community and currently has a son in the Olathe Public School System.
