Construction Management

As a construction manager we partner with the owner, architect and engineers beginning in pre-construction and throughout all phases of the project to achieve and exceed the owner’s objectives. Our team offers a controlled approach to projects that consistently results in cost savings and expedited project schedules. We are in partnership with the entire team, facilitating creative problem solving, value management and a collaborative project approach.

Design / Build

Our fully-integrated design-build teams blend ongoing design and active construction from start-up through commissioning. General Contracting

As a general contractor, Kelly Construction Group provides overall construction coordination, contracted directly with the Owner, on a lump-sum bid basis for the right projects. Our team ensures competitive pricing through a combination of pre-qualified subcontractors and selected self-performed scopes of work. To ensure a successful outcome from this traditional approach, our team educates the subcontractors through pre-installation and trade coordination meetings. As the Owner’s advocate, our team focuses on timely payments, a well-managed punch list and management of the warranty.
